Colours and materials used in the production of menus, wine cards and accessories.

Coating materials in various colours and textures.

Colours and materials. Our PU coating materials are widely used in bookbinding production. Different colours and textures of coating materials give great scope for combinations and production of original food and beverage menus. We use smooth and textured imitation leather, imitation wood and modern structures such as textiles or stripes. The most common colours are brown, black and trendy grey, but there are no limits to the imagination. If you are not afraid of colour, we are also happy to use green, orange or bronze. The materials are washable with a damp sponge and non-aggressive cleaning agents – soap, jar.

Selected colours and materials are thermo-treated – when the logo is embossed in the form of blind printing, the embossed area darkens by several degrees, the logo is elegant and clearly visible.

Oak plywood – colours and materials in the spirit of nature

The wooden food and beverage menus consist of a plywood core with real oak veneer glued on both sides. The surface is finished with an eco-friendly hard wax oil or wax sea. We currently offer two shades – natural oak or earthy stained oak. New are two wood shades with surface staining and varnishing – beige and black. The most popular wooden menu is the MORITZ model.

Each menu is unique thanks to the unique wood grain. It is a natural material, so there may be slight colour differences in the leaves.

Textiles

A very strong and specially treated canvas with an acrylic finish. This treatment ensures washability and is water and oil repellent. The textile is mainly used for the production of the KLEMM ties, but it can also be used to make complete boards.

Not every colour or material is suitable for food and beverage menus. Although we manufacture the menus directly, it is not possible to provide production of all materials that are in demand. Each material is processed differently and different machines are required (leather is processed completely differently from imitation leather, etc.). We are constantly trying to incorporate trendy colours and materials into our range. However, inclusion in the programme is preceded by a test of the material and its processing and finishing possibilities. Sample tickets are then produced to be tested. Only then is a suitable material included in the programme. You can now look forward to wooden menus and accessories in various colours and combinations. Coming soon…
